Safety Measures at LCL

Our absolute priority is the well-being of our colleagues, our clients and our partners. To ensure our mutual safety, we have set up some practical preventive measures. We ask all visitors to our buildings to comply with them exactly. Help us to stem the propagation of the coronavirus pandemic.

Please check in at the reception as soon as you arrive in our buildings.

Contact Tracing

We urgently ask all our visitors to install the Belgian ‘coronalert’ application in order to retrace your contacts history at LCL and your external contacts. This is in your interest and the safety of everyone.

Hygiene

  • You must disinfect your hands on entering and leaving the buildings, as well as during your visit.
  • We also ask you to disinfect your hands before and after you pass through the double-door entrance. LCL offers you contactless hand gel distributors for this.

Social Distancing

  • In each of our rooms, a notice tells you the maximum number of people authorised to be present there at any one time.

  • The social distancing rules apply to all our buildings. Please keep a minimum distance of 1.5 m from others.

  • If it’s not possible to keep this distance, we ask you to wear a mask.

Movement Plan

  • We ask you to wear a mask when moving around our buildings. Please note that there is a general mouth mask obligation in our data centers.

  • The arrows and floor markings indicate the direction you should follow.

  • Priority rules apply in those areas where 1.5 m distancing can’t be guaranteed, especially in the corridors. They are clearly mentioned on the panels. So anyone moving towards the building’s exit will have priority over those people entering the building.

  • If you must cross the path of somebody in the data center’s corridor, we ask you to bypass it by walking through the storage racks, to avoid any contact.

If you are feeling feverish or sick, we recommend that you stay at home.

‘Hands & Eyes’ Service

We kindly remind our clients that we offer a ‘hands & eyes’ service. In other words, there is no need for you to come to the LCL buildings if you want to make some service adaptations. We are able to act on your behalf, in line with the specific instructions you give us.

We thank you for your collaboration. Do take care of yourself!
